Under a City of St. Cloud Continuing Services Agreement for Professional Law Enforcement / Fire Department Architectural and Planning Services, ADG performed a detailed Spatial Needs Assessment (SNA), Site Analysis and Master Planning Services for the Fire Department. The City of St. Cloud Fire and Rescue Fire Station No. 33 is to be located on an approximately 3.1 acre City owned property at the east quadrant of the south intersection of Nolte Road and South Indiana Avenue.
The Fire Station No. 33 SNA identified the need for a 16,112 square foot, single story, four-lane Apparatus Bay building with support areas, and a Crew Quarters / Command Staff building. The work also includes further development of Schematic Floor Plans into Design Visualization through building elevations and sections, and conceptual renderings. ADG also prepared and continued to update the estimated Project Development Costs and Project Schedule.
