Payne Park Master Plan and Skate Park
Sarasota, Florida
The Skate Park Pavilion is part of the first phase in a master plan implementation for a major Central Park in a Sarasota, Florida. The master plan is to be realized in several phases, and will provide the City with a great urban park intended to enrich the community's recreation and social experience.
The first phase Skate Park and Pavilion establishes an architectural vernacular of form and materials for future facilities in the park.

Pelican Park Soccer Complex
Cape Coral, Florida
ADG completed master planning and design services for a 14 acre complex to serve the Cape Coral Youth Soccer program for ages 5 to 18. The complex includes four lighted soccer fields, two playgrounds for ages 3 to 12, and a multi-purpose pavilion. The pavilion provides shaded area for spectator seating, a concession, office space, and restrooms. The exterior appearance is complementary to the adjacent Fire Station #9, and landscaping enhances the facility to provide a neighborhood park space.

Dallas White Park Master Plan
North Port, Florida
Dallas White Park is the remnant of the City of North Port's original Municipal Complex, now centrally located along Sumter Boulevard. ADG's master plan for Dallas White Park is a phased approach that will create a community gathering place around the theme of "Sustainable Communities – Interpreting the Unique Hydrology of West-Central Florida." The plan, approved by the City Commission, will ultimately include a Gymnasium, Pool, Community Center, Art Guild, access to a major City Canal and passive recreation areas.
